How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders can take up to 7 working days to be delivered

Where is my order delivered to?
We use The Courier guy and Paxi as our courier services.The Courier guy delivers to your home or work address while Paxi has collection or pickup points which is Pep stores.

How will I know when to collect my order?
When Paxi delivers to the collection point you chose at checkout, you will receive an SMS and an email informing you to collect.The same with Courier guy

How do I change my shipping address?
When The Courier guy or Paxi delivers to the collection point you chose at checkout, you will receive an SMS and an email informing you to collect

How do I track the status of my order?
Click on “My Account” found in the menu or footer. Here you can view your order history and status. To track your delivery through The Courier guy or Paxi , use the information that Courier guy or Paxi sends you via SMS and email.

Courier guy & Paxi only ships within South Africa

What is your returns policy?

Please note: A 12% cancellation/return fee will apply upon cancellation/return of an order and an additional 10% will be added if we find the products damaged/used.
Client has x5 working days to initiate the returning process of the parcel back to our physical address. We need to have proof of shipping/courier within the x5 working days. Should the said days expire without us receiving proof of shipping/courier litklean will not except the returned goods.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
No. Sold out items automatically hide themselves from the website so you can’t buy them.
Realistically, because we manufacture our bottles locally, and fill them locally, we will never be out of stock for longer than 2 weeks on any of our products, so if you can’t find your favourite from our lists, just keep coming back because it will return in stock within a few days
